To me, definitely: " Mr. Kickboxing in Denmark". Former Vice-President in the WKA. Nationale coach and promoter of several turnaments and seminars in Denmark.the man who braught K1 to Denmark.
Has made a priceless piece of work for Kickboxing in Denmark and is for sure the person who has done most to develop me as a kickboxer.
Besides his past as an invinceable knock down fighter in big international tournaments, he is also the only person to create a national wide covering kickboxing organisation in Denmark.
Promoter of both European and World Championships in Denmark of the WKA and also the first to promote all Thaiboxing, Kickboxing, Full Contact, light contact and semi contact. 
Shihan Flemming is further the first to introduce an effective graduation system in kickboxing in Denmark
Personaly I am sorry that I only had so little time practice under this great and unique personality. I will always be in debt to him and I am glad for all the seminars he held within kickboxing and K1.
Shihan Flemming Schroeder archived his 7th dan in Kickboxing amongst others for bringing kickboxing into the Pan Arabien Games (Olimpic Games of the 24 Arabic contries) in 1997. Further for his work of developing the amateur fighting rules of Kickboxing, Full Contact, Thaiboxing and Lightcontact in the WKA.

- Flemming Schröters was called Flemming Jinzen 2. dan in the time of kyokushin karate from 1973 to 1989.
- Practicing Kyokushin Karate since dec. 1973
- Winner of the European Championship in Knock Down in London 1982 (also in Tameshiwari)
- Winner of the Danish Championships 7 years in row from 1976-1981 (80 and 81 also open class) Sealand Champion 1977-1980
- Allready in 1979 Shihan performed a succesfull bottlecut with one bottle.
- Silver British Open 1981
- Silver in Dutch Open and winner of the Fighters Trophy. Open Class weighing only 74 kilos.
- Gold winner of the Swizz Oyama Open 1983.
- Competed in the World Championships in Tokio in 1979 and 1984 ( in 1984 winning af fight with a 9 second K.O.)
- 1981 making a 4 bottle bootlecut and a one bootle cut with the XXX
- 1982 breaking 52 coconuts in 40 minutes.
- 1984 accepted in the Guiness Book of records for making an uncredible 4 bootle Bootle cut.
- 1987 breaking 15 gasstones with the albow
- Promoter of the first Tameshiwari seninar and only Danish Championships with national media coverage.
Made succelig grading for 3.Dan in Holland 1984. Due to a political twist with Jørgen Albretshen and Look Hollander and many black belts fear of meeting this fierce fighter from Denmark, Shihan Schröter decided to stop his career within the Kyokushin organisation?..after giving his bushido heart to this great sport for more then 10 years.
The New era : Shihan Flemming Schrøter was honourary awarded 7 Dan by kaicho Jon Bluming 10. Dan and is now branchcheif for International Kyokushin Budo Kai kan in Denmark.- 1990 Dai Shihan was invited to a world congress in Paris by the former World Champion Fred Royers
- Flemming was elected contry representative and president for all amateur activities in the WKA. For his great workk during the latest years and his incredible skills he was honourary awarded 7 dan.
- Promoter of the WKA European Championships in 1996 in Denmark.
- Promoter of the WKA World Championships in 1998 in Denmark
- Promoter of the K1 event in Denmark 2001.
- Dai Shihan Flemming Schröter has trained and build several European- and World Champions.
- Been head-referee in professional World Campionfights all over the World and also been Supervisor for prominent fighters like Andy Hug and Jørgen Krut both World Champions and K1 fighters.
